Although updates have been delayed, we held our parenting and grandparenting workshop each month from May to August.
The parenting and grandparenting workshop is held on the fourth Saturday of each month in the afternoon at the Mother-Child Practical Training Room and the Home Care Practical Training Room located on the third floor of the School of Nursing building at Fukuoka University.
A total of 48 people in 23 groups participated in the four workshops held in the period from May to August.
The workshops discussed how to prepare to become grandparents, what today's parenting looks like, how to prevent a baby's tooth decay, and infant safety hazards found in homes. They also offered a hands-on lesson in how to bathe a baby.
The workshop is held every month, and we look forward to your participation.
As June's workshop for expectant mothers and fathers was a great success, we plan to hold it again on Saturday, Nov. 30. The workshop is now open to registration.
