We participated in the 24th Japanese Association of Social Skills Training (JASST) Academic Conference held in Gunma Prefecture on Saturday, December 7 and Sunday, December 8, 2019. The conference's theme was "A more mobile, more colorful SST, which will pave the way to the "mental plus" era." and there were 300 participants, including the members of JASST and people who are suffering from mental illness as well as their families.
We were asked by the conference chairman to present a case from our research-branding project in the general section (education) of the conference. In response, we made a presentation titled, "Report: Application of SST in Public Elementary Schools--from an Interview Survey of Teachers." In the Q&A session, we received a few questions related to the important points when providing SST to teachers, indicating a strong interest in the application of SST in school education.
