The gathering is a regular monthly event. Saibugas employees (gas meter readers and inspectors) have participated in every gathering, providing support to the elderly participants.

The event held in February 2020 gathered 14 elderly participants, 8 volunteers, the chairperson of the local neighborhood association, a member from the local Council of Social Welfare, and 3 Saibugas employees, and involved stretching exercises and brain workouts.

The Saibugas employees helped out in setting up the venue, and greeted each elderly participant who arrived. The participants did the regular radio exercises (brief group exercises) and rod exercises to warm up their bodies.

Next, the Saibugas employees gave the elderly participants a brain training quiz. The quiz involved guessing the name of a historical or famous figure, and then sharing each other's knowledge by asking questions about the person.

After a short break, the participants enjoyed a picture word game. Everyone, regardless of their drawing skills, took part in drawing the pictures. The participants gave each other clues when necessary, making it a game of cooperation too.

Each gathering has made the relationship between the Saibugas employees and elderly participants stronger. The elderly participants love the event, saying "I always look forward to coming here" and "The people from Saibugas make fun games." The Saibugas employees seemed keen as well, saying that they wanted to learn the frailty-prevention exercise for themselves.
